We are looking for health-conscious Baristas for our Santa Cruz location.
Jade Vucina, 34, with origins from Monterey, CA and Brazil started this business in 2017 At farmer’s markets and quickly expanded the business. Now in 2025 she has two successful locations in Monterey and Santa Cruz. Soon she will begin to sell Terra Superfoods Franchises.
Mackenzie Leite (Tiko) was our second employee when we opened in Monterey and has been with us since April 2021. He is extremely loyal, trustworthy, and hardworking. Since he started working with us he began focusing on his health and has lost 120 lbs+. Tiko is studying the Food Managers Course to become our Franchise Quality Control Inspector. He is a true inspiration to us all.
Henri de Souza, 14, is the founders son and has seen the company grow since the beginning. He now has recently acquired his food handlers card and works part time covering shifts on weekends.
Kathleen Ambrosini, 23, from Seaside, California. She graduated in 2025 from Sonoma State University after double majoring in political science and philosophy. Kathleen was hired in 2025 and is very motivated, hard-working, and great with customers. She has been a vegetarian for 6 years and is passionate about the foods we serve.
Sophie Baker, 20, from Monterey, California is a business student at the University of Santa Cruz. She was hired in May 2024 and quickly became a shift lead. With the franchise under expansion Sophie is being trained for the Franchise Management position. With experience in both FOH and BOH Sophie can properly manage the day-to-day franchise operations and assist franchisees.
